i think that u should thin it out and get choppy layers, i dont think u should spike it. i like the length of ur hair, so just get it trimmed. because, u can spike it, but if u ever decide to wear it down, and it's way too short what r u gonna do? ya' know? do what u want, but if ur just gonna wear it spiky every day then probably like 2-3 inches. ur hair ain't that long.

get layers and ask for a razor cut... that is about as emo as you can get... and you can spike it if you want.. i wouldnt cut to much emo hair tends to be long on guys
