sorry, i don't know of anyone there , but if ever in chesapeake, virginia, let me know, cutting hair is my specialty.

just take pictures of what u want and show it to the stylist. tell them what you like and dislike about your hair. we are trained to be good listeners, wish i could do your hair for you. good luck!!

i know wat u can do to ur hair so it can luk better wen i was little and until now so just always use brush and brush ur hair 100x a day it works all the time!
