you see i just had my haircut today..i had it layered.. my hair stylist told me that the tips of my hair are dry.. and after she cut my hair, it became fly-away..

A little Static Guard sprayed on your brush can help with flyaway, but it doesn't smell great. Frizz Ease or Alberto V05 Hot Oil Treatment can help with dry hair.

to start, if she said your ends are dry, maybe you need to cut your hair just a little shorter....

but other than that, i would start by using leave in conditioner, and then get a frizz syrum or "smoothing milk" or something along those lines.
