My hair stylist has turned into a lunatic so I need to change over to another salon.
Does anyone have any great salons they can recommend? I know money gets better hair cuts, but I'm a broke college student, so I can only afford up to about $100-150 for cut and highlights.

My family back in San Diego always go to this guy named William. I'm not sure exactly where in SD its located, but everyone tells me he's really good. Just try looking him up in the yellow pages.
