Can someone recommend a hair stylist in the Sacramento area??

I recently relocated to Sacramento from LA. I have very short hair and went to a hairstylist to get my hair done. It was the worst day of my life. She cut my hair extremely short and left very little hair at the top. It sort of reminded me of a toupee. It was a complete disaster. I have yet to find a stylist like the one I had in LA. I'm not used to not having my hair done and looking a total mess. Is there anyone out here in the Sacramento area that can recommend a top stylist that specializes in short hair. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
