I would guess it is more layers in the back to line up with sides top length etc. I think the stylist will be able to figure it out. good luck

yes they will because they've styled hair and it kind of shows the back/side of the head and it doesnt seem like its a complicated back for hair.

by looking at the picture the hair dress/stylist will most likely be able to get the idea of the hair and complete the style. You should bring a couple different picture of this person if possible to make it easyer for the hair dresser to get the look you want.

If the hairdresser is good and experienced, it should be no problem to duplicate providing:

Your head and face are similarly shaped and your hair is of the same type: straight and coarse.

A good way to get a good haircut is to keep your eyes peeled for a good haircut on someone out in public. First compliment them on their hair and ask where they get it cut and who does it. That always has worked for me anyplace I have ever lived or been. I recommend it for anyone who has a good eye for a good haircut. Another good question to ask is if they are a regular or if it is the first cut they got from that particular hairdresser.
