Best advice would be to keep looking for a picture. It's really hard for a hair stylist to give you the most accurate cut you're looking for just from words.

the best thing to do it bring a picture of her in. but even that doesnt work sometimes. so just say "keep it long, i dont want much cut off at all, i still want it real long, but can i just have some long layers?" and f u want the bangs she has in the new video, just say "and i want bangs that go to my eyelashes not to thick not to thin, so that i dont need to roll curl them" if u have a round square or heart shape face, skip the bangs, i made that mistake once, trust me when i say you'll look like a coconut head.
