All that picture shows is the backside of a pony tail, which is easy to do. Seriously I'm a guy and I know how to make a pony tail. BUT if you do find a worthwhile picture that has a good view of the hair you want, print out the pic and bring it into your hair stylist and tell her you want to get your hair cut like the person in the pic. They are trained to look at ideas in pics and make it happen in real life. PS Thats why they have all the books in the lobby with headshots and different hair styles
