Anyone know a good, and experienced, hair stylist and/or aesthetician in the Harrisburg, PA area???

I just moved to the area, and I'd really like to avoid getting ridiculous hair cuts for the next few months, lol... So if anyone knows of a great salon and a really good stylist (for cuts and color) I would love to hear about them! And if your recommendations are for places that charge $45 or less per cut, and $70 or less for color, that would be even better...

I'm also looking for a good aesthetician, who does bikini waxing and leg waxing...

And someone who threads eyebrows...

I know its a lot, but like I said, I just moved to the area, so any suggestions are much appreciated!!
