My hair is medium length and very boring.l My hair stylist always doesnt listen to me. How do i tell her i want it more fun more layer and idfferent bangs. I am a teen so any pucs would be very appreciated.

You know what you want. So cut out different hair style from catologs that you like and bring them to your stylist. If she can't or doesn't feel like she's able to achive what you want, take those pictures to other stylist and find a new one how can.

sometimes a picture doesn't always work.

before I became a stylist... my mom got her hair cut by the same lady for 5+ years... and EVERY time, the lady would do different variations of the same haircut. It would have been a good haircut... for a nascar loving, farrah fawcett feathered bimbo type... but that was just definetly not my mom. and every time, she was disappointed in the result.

Sometimes a stylist is too set in the ways THEY do things, and what THEY think looks good...

so maybe you should find another stylist....

sounds like your stylist is set on BASIC mode. you need someone who isnt afraid to try new things... and isnt afraid to texturizeeee once in a while!!!

alot of style choices can be done with the right product and a little time. is your hair straight or curly, fine or course, dense or thin. all of these things play a factor in what you can do with it. I have medium lenght fine straight hair but there is alot of it. I opted to do a shorter haircut that has style, so it would look fuller. I put extra body moouse in, then I blowdry my hair upsidedown to give it more fullness and then I curl the ends with a medium large iron to give the ends direction. Hope it helps.
