blade on 1 side %26amp; the other side has what looks like teeth on them, plus more notches cut out of them too. I always twist the ends of my hair tight to get layers, but if those scissors work, I'll use them instead.
Are those stylist scissors any good to cut layers on the ends of your hair? I mean the ones with a normal?
no no no. they must be straight edged. try curved blade ones
