My hair is dark brown. What would I ask a hair stylist for if I wanted this cut? It looks like some hair at the front is tucked behind, is that a side fringe or what?

well its called an a-line (the hairstyle) hers is a long a-line and she just parts it to the side... so take the photo and tell her you want a long a-line

its shorter from the back and gets longer and longer in the front

Its just a simple cut, type of long bob I would say but styled..

and the 'bangs' as the seem are just hair tucked behind the ears and pulled the rest in front of it.

tell your stylist that you would like a long diagonal forward thats not so dramatic. :)
